Terms of Use

These terms cover beer.kegtruck.com, the KegTruck apps, and messages you send to the KegTruck account on LINE. That account uses the LINE Messaging API. By using the site, an app, or the LINE account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Your use of the LINE app itself is also covered by LINE’s terms: terms.line.me/line_terms.

Who operates KegTruck

KegTruck.com, beer.kegtruck.com, the KegTruck apps, and the KegTruck LINE account are owned and operated by SIAM CRAFT BREWERY Co., Ltd. (โรงเบียร์สยามคราฟต์ จำกัด).

The service

KegTruck lets bars and hotels order kegs, lets breweries list beer, and lets drivers move those kegs in Thailand. The LINE account is a way to message KegTruck. A chat message is not an order and is not a contract. An order exists only after it is confirmed in the KegTruck app or by email from KegTruck.

Who may use it

  • You must be at least 20 years old. Thai law does not allow alcohol to be sold to anyone younger. The age check on this site is that confirmation.
  • A brewery needs its own Thai excise beer production license, Category 1, 2, or 3. A brewpub needs Category 3. A bar or hotel needs its own license to sell alcohol at retail.
  • Sending a form or a LINE message does not create a login. A person reviews the papers first.

The LINE account

The official account is @kegtruck.

  • Use it for questions about KegTruck, kegs, orders, pickup, and delivery.
  • Do not send unlawful content, someone else’s private information, or anything meant to disrupt the account.
  • We may stop replying, or block a LINE user, when a message breaks these terms.
  • We do not promise that a LINE message will be read within a set time, or that LINE will stay available. Place an order in the app.

Orders and payment

The price a bar or hotel pays is the price shown in the Bar app for that order, after the keg is delivered. The brewery is paid only the brewery price recorded on that order. A number typed in a LINE chat does not change either price. Bars and hotels pay by PromptPay or by bank transfer, as shown in the app. KegTruck does not take card payments in the app.

Accounts

Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under that login. We may suspend a login that is shared, misused, or used to order without the right license.

Kegs

Stainless kegs in the KegTruck fleet remain KegTruck equipment unless we agree otherwise in writing. The QR code etched on a keg is there so the driver can identify it. Do not remove or cover that mark. A keg of beer is ready for pickup only when the Excise Department tax sticker is already on the keg seal. The driver does not take that keg until the sticker is on the seal. Do not cover the sticker.

Returns and refunds

KegTruck does not refund a keg only because the bar or hotel changed its mind, ordered the wrong beer, or found it cheaper, once the brewery has confirmed that keg or the keg is on a truck. Before the brewery confirms the keg, the KegTruck office can cancel the order.

If a keg arrives with the wrong beer, or it is leaking, damaged, flat, or warm, do not tap it. Open a trouble ticket with the order and the mark on the keg, and send a photo to info@kegtruck.com or @kegtruck. If KegTruck confirms that problem, the remedy is a replacement keg or a refund of that keg.

Beer that has been tapped is paid for. A half-full keg is not an empty. There is no credit for beer left in the keg. Do not pour it out and return the keg as empty.

An approved refund is paid by bank transfer. KegTruck does not pay a cash refund. Nothing in this section limits a right that Thai law does not allow these terms to limit.

Liability

To the extent Thai law allows, KegTruck is not liable for loss caused by a LINE outage, a message that did not arrive, or a decision you made from a chat before an order was confirmed in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and law

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Contact info@kegtruck.com or @kegtruck.
